Please review the rules below. If you agree to them, you may add your website or Minecraft server to this list. Servers are listed free of charge by registered users of https://minelist.lt/en. Optional paid services (VIP and ad banners) are described in sections 12 and 13. You choose whether to visit listed websites and do so at your own risk. We are not liable for content on websites visited through the list. Content that does not belong on https://minelist.lt/en should be reported and may be removed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://minelist.lt/en or any subdomain, you agree to these Terms of Service and any later amendments. Additional rules for specific services are incorporated into these Terms.

2. Our Service

The owners of https://minelist.lt/en may modify, suspend, discontinue, or delete data from the website or its services at any time, with or without notice. We are not responsible for delays, deletion, storage failures, inaccuracies, or improper delivery of information.

3. Voting and Ranking

Servers are ranked by unique votes. You may not use automated systems, proxies, VPNs, scripts, or other methods to obtain unfair votes. If cheating is detected, we may reset votes, freeze or remove the listing, and cancel related purchases without refund.

4. Responsibilities and Registration

To use services that require an account, you must register and provide truthful information. By registering, you agree to these Terms and any future amendments.

5. Registration and Password

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately about unauthorized use of your account or password.

6. User Conduct

You are responsible for content submitted through your account. You must not submit or use content that is threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, invasive of privacy, fraudulent, unlawful, infected with malicious code, or intended to disrupt the service. You must not impersonate others, collect user data without permission, or use the service for spam or unauthorized advertising.

7. Submitted Content

By submitting content to https://minelist.lt/en, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, translate, archive, and create derivative works from that content. You use MINELIST.LT and its services or content at your own risk. The service is provided as is, without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, security, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. We do not provide professional advice through the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MINELIST.LT is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, transactions, unauthorized access, third-party conduct, or other matters relating to the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-posted messages and may remove content that violates these Terms.

12. Site Balance

You may top up a balance on your account using the payment methods offered on the Balance page. The balance is kept in euros and may be used only to pay for paid services on this website (VIP and ad banners). Limits for a single top-up and for the total balance are shown on the Balance page.

Top-ups are non-refundable. The balance is not a deposit or a bank account: it cannot be withdrawn, paid out in cash, transferred to another account or refunded to a card or bank account. In exceptional cases we may, at our discretion, refund an amount to the original payment method. The balance does not expire.

Refunds for purchases made on this website (for example a rejected or cancelled ad banner, or an extension that could not be applied) are normally returned to your balance instead of the original payment method.

If your account is banned, your balance is frozen until the ban is lifted. If a top-up is reversed, refunded or disputed with your bank or payment provider (chargeback), we may deduct the same amount from your balance, cancel purchases made with it and restrict your account until the matter is resolved.

Every change of your balance is shown in your balance history. This section does not limit rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

13. Paid Services (VIP and Ad Banners)

VIP places a server in the sponsored positions of the list for the chosen period. Ad banners are shown in the top or bottom ad slot for the chosen number of weeks. The number of VIP positions and ad slots is limited. Prices are shown before you pay, and you can pay from your balance or with another payment method offered at checkout.

Ad banners are checked by a moderator before they are shown. A banner must be lawful, truthful and must not contain malicious, hateful, adult or misleading content. We may reject or remove a banner that breaks these Terms. If a banner is rejected before it has been shown, the payment is returned to your balance. If a banner or server is removed for breaking these Terms, no refund is given.

We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, votes or ranking position. A paid service starts right after payment, or as soon as a slot is free if it is fully booked. By buying a paid service you ask us to start it immediately and you acknowledge that, where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, you lose it once the service has been fully provided. Paid services are not refunded after they have started, except where required by law or where we are unable to provide the service. If an extension cannot be applied because the slot has been booked, its price is returned to your balance.
